I'm ready to take the plunge. I'd like to overclock my system (see below for specs). I've included below the cpu data from Everest Home Edition, especially the cpu temperatures with my cpu running at near 100% load (I was converting a video file using windows media encoder while at the same time encoding a dvd movie using dvd shrink...which brought my cpu load up to near 100%).

I don't want to add any more fans. I've got the stock heatsink/fan on the P4 630. The power supply I have (APEX ATX400) has 2 fans in it. And I've got 2 80mm case fans (they average about 25-29 CFM). Plus, I prefer to not add anything else to the system if at all possible. And also, I used Arctic Silver between the thermal pad on the heatsink and the cpu.

Could somebody please give me some specific (step by step) details on how I can overclock my system. Again, I'm not trying to go crazy but just want to moderately improve the system's performance, but yet I'd like to go as far as I can go without stressing out the system with the 'stock' components I've outlined so far.
