    HP 3400C scanner problem with WinMe now

    I have an issue with restore not working originally and posted here http://discussions.virtualdr.com/sho...8&page=4&pp=15 PAGE 3 but now have a bigger issue with my scanner all of a sudden not working.
    See link above. The scanner works fine on my laptop with XP.
    I have WinMe, 256mb ram, 6gb of hard drive space left. I've reloaded the CD software and tried starting with the outside buttons and throught the start/programs menu.

    No errors, but when I do a ctrl/alt/del I see Hppsapp running.
    If I do a ctrl/alt/del to reboot I see the scanner main screen pop up before the PC reboots.

    Going to offload some files to CD incase I need more space for windows.
