    How to download Flash Movies?

    As i was doing my research work, i found a interesting flash movie on howstuffworks.com and like to add it to a presentation i am working on.

    How can i download this flash movies???

    If you've viewed it with IE, look in your Temporary Internet Files folder. Chances are it's already in there.
