I am on a 3 PC LAN. 2 PC's are WinXP, one is WIn98. They are using DSL.
The two XP PC's are connected by wireless card (Belkin).
The Win98 is hardwired to the Belkin DSL router.
Two PC's can see the Thawte secure site seal. One of them, an XP machine does not show the secure seal even though I tried refreshing the page closing the browser, didnt help. The other two PC's using the EXACT URL always show the certificate.
