Use paint or another dtp package to paste into then save as jpg.Once thats done use the attach file option in the box beolw your response and browse to where you saved it so that it can be uploaded.

JRL56 & GetaGrrrip, Steve's longshot posted below solved the problem for someone else on another forum who had the same exact problem.

"This "longshot" might be worth looking at:

OLEXP: "Send To" and E-mail Links Do Not Work Using Outlook Express as Default
    http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;306098

Here's what worked for the other person.

"In Outlook Express, click Tools, and then click Options.

On the General tab, the Default Messaging Programs section states Outlook Express is NOT the default mail handler; click Make Default, and then click OK".

    No Send Button

I've attached a print screen, hope it's clear enough to read.

Tuf: Okay, I tried in Outlook Express to click Tools, then Options like you said. On the General Tab, I encountered a problem...I cannot check "make outlook express the default mail handler" because it's grayed out. What's with that?

104456: I hope the attachment is there this time. Thanks for the tip on pasting it into Paint.

Thanks again for the help and suggestions.

GetaGrrrip, Open Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Programs tab and choose Outlook Express for E-Mail & Newsgroups using the downward arrow button, click Apply/OK. Then go into Outlook Express/Tools/Options/General tab and see if that ungreys the button in Outlook Express.

Post an image of just the toolbar without the options box open.

    No Send Button

10446: Attached is the toolbar w/o the options open.

Tufenuf: Did what you said, (Open Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Programs tab and choose Outlook Express for E-Mail & Newsgroups using the downward arrow button, click Apply/OK. Then go into Outlook Express/Tools/Options/General tab and see if that ungreys the button in Outlook Express) and believe it or not, both Outlook Express for E-mail and Newsgroups were already set up. When I went back into Outlook Express, the options were still grey

    Thanks again!
