    Deepnet Explorer

Stumbled across this today, anybody else tried this?
Trying it out now, seems to work fine, claims to be "impervious" to spyware.
Two versions available. One with P2P, one without.
    Very small footprint.

    DEEPNET

no better than I.E. you STILL need:

    spysites
    spyware blaster
    hijack blaster
    ie-adspy

to STAY spyware free. should you wish to uninstall, you have to hack the registry to get rid of it's registry keys. using uninstall doesn't get it.

not BAD replacement for I.E,HOWEVER,if yoyu're looking for an EXCELLENT replacement for I.E.,why not check out Mozilla ?
    i've d/l'd 1.8.5 and use it's web browser and e-mail browser,trouble free.

That's pretty much standard procedure anyway.
Very few programs completely remove all thier reg entries via an uninstall routine.

Not looking for an IE replacement.
    Mozilla?
Been there, done that. Didn't care for it or firefox\firebird.
There was a time when you would have had to pry good ol' Netscape from my cold dead hands, not anymore.
As for this "Deepnet Explorer" thing, it's not a recommendation, just something new I stumbled upon.
It too has been "completely" removed as it using the windows temp folder as storage. That's a no-no.
