    restoring question

    I backed up my HHD to CD-R disks with Acronis True Image version 7.0.
    Now I have Acronis TI version 8.0
    Question: can I restore my HHD using my CD-R back up disks from TI version 7.0?

    "Usually," upgrades are backward compatible.

    But, I'd either make new backups or spend some time reading the help files or look on their web site.
