I don't think I would trust it and it's suggestions. Why? Because I ran a log through it and one entry in the log was listed as Unknown, but the same entry further down the log was safe and necessary. I would be more inclined to trust crunchie and P3 than a program I'm not sure how it works.

I wouldnt trust it, i have put a number of logs through it and none came out with accurate info (which can become serious if wrong), its not reliable.
Manual checking is the safer option.

Its not just about fixing entries in Hijackthis.
There are several hijackers and other spyware that go a lot deeper and need more attention.
Just by fixing the entry in hijackthis, will not be enough.
