Hi

First download, update and run both Adaware and Spybot S&D, both free and are in my sig below.

Then follow these instructions to remove Wintools

Then reboot

You need to then put HijackThis.exe in a permanent folder of its own and not in a Temp.

Run a HijackThis scan and post the new log here.

Did you follow the info to remove wintools?

If so then do as i suggested previously, by putting HijackThis.exe in a permanent folder.

Then run a scan and post the new on here.
