Been reading the problems you have been having with W2K.
Have you run a update to see if it finds updated drivers. START | WINDOWS UPDATE.
I think on your [/b]video problem[/b] the video card itself may not be fully seated or you do not have compatible W2K drivers.
NIC CARD
If you have LAN built in and are using a PCI Network Card, then you need to get into BIOS (SETUP) and disable on-board LAN.
