I have 2 Hotmail names that I use with MSN Messenger. I recently bought a cellphone and signed both names up for MSN mobile so messages would be forwarded to my phone when I was offline. I received the text message with the 4-digit confirmation # for each screen name and put each number in for each account correctly. I checked on the option in MSN Msgr to forward messages to my phone. It worked fine for the first few days, the icon for the phone showed up beside both screen names and I could receive messages on my phone when I was offline. Today I was in MSN Msgr under screen name 2 and noticed that screen name 1 no longer had the cellphone icon next to it. Screen name 2 still does.

When I went back to name 1, I clicked to edit Mobile settings and was taken to the site to sign up all over again, as if I'd never had a mobile account! I did sign up again and received another text message on my phone with the 4 digit number and put that number in. It appears that my phone is active again with mobile, but still no cellphone icon appears next to screen name 1 when I go offline.
