    Outlook Express problem

    Very slow opening OE in WinXP Pro. Sometimes it takes 30-45 sec.

    Are you running any plugin programs in Outlook, like IHATESPAM, or SPAMSOURCE?

    Try UNchecking "Automatically log on to Windows Messenger" under Options | Tools | General.

    If that doesn't work, see if this applies to you.
