Novell Netware 6 servers running Q-based printing. This is the only legacy IPX/SPX protocols left on my network. I have a few questions regarding protocols on print servers. I have disabled 'AppleTalk' on my printers as I have no Mac clients anywhere, I have left TCP/IP and IPX/SPX as I need IPX/SPX for the Netware Q-based printers. The other protocols on I am unsure about are DLC/LLC and SNMP. Do I need these or can I disable them?
