a.as-us.falkag.txt
Hello all,
I keep getting this cookie (*a.as-us.falkag.txt) every time I get on the Internet. AdAware finds it, but as soon as I delete it, it comes back. I am running SpyBot, AdAware and Spyware Guard, non of them seems to prevent it.
Any ideas?

a.as-us.falkag.net is an ad server, there may be a related process running in memory. Perhaps see if these instructions:
http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index...=0&#entry71677
relate to your version of AdAware?
Also if you Google search using the term remove falkag you'll find several references to using a Hosts file to block ad servers, they include that server and could be worth a try.

Platypus, thanks for the reply, but it doesn't seem to suggest a way of preventing this nuisance. AdAware is set as per Lavasoft's directions.

Have you put "falkag.net" into the blocked cookies list in internet options/privacy/web sites-edit?
