You might want to run an updated antivirus scan on your computer. While you're at it, run Ad-Aware and Spybot too. Nasty things are in the air.

robertw, The link below explains the "Can't open TFTP 1868 file not found." problem fairly well.

The below part did help and got rid of the TFTP file at start up. I already have the patch, so hopefully this worm crush and burn.
Thanks a lot.
The TFTPxxx files appear to be in the Startup Group in Windows. You should be able to see them in the directory...
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\TFTPxxxx
...or by choosing Start | Program Files | Startup
Delete these files (they may be read only and, if so, you may have to right click the file, select Properties, and uncheck the ReadOnly attribute).
That should solve the immediate TFTPxxx file showing up at system start problem.

This has something to do with the blaster virus
as I got it on another computer with the blaster
TFTP 1868
on the second computer it has 2
TFTP xxxx
TFTP yyyy
I have to close twice
I unchecked it in msconfig and its back after reboot
not in startup folder or registry run
