    Thumbs up VirtualDr Wallpaper

Since this forum is related to "Share comments, feedback, etc. about VirtualDr." I thought it right to post this here.

I always liked the idea of a VirtualDr desktop wallpaper for members, and made by members. I created a couple which are 100% my original work, no copy cats or anything like that. I was wondering if it'd be right to ask member to create and post their images with the VirtualDr name on it.

    Download HERE 800x600

    Download HERE 800x600

The reason I chose these colors was because of the HOT weather in Texas, today in Austin the temp was over 107F. Also because Fall is around the corner...

When saving the image, it maybe saved as something like fb70c3a9.jpg.orig, once saved just drop the .orig from the name. (Rename as fb70c3a9.jpg instead.) Or rename it to whatever you'd like with the .jpg extension. (example: VirtualDr WP.jpg)

Hope you like them! If it's a bad idea, just let me know. Thanks!

Apart that the file attachment limit is... well.... kind of.... limiting which would make it more difficult to come up with a really nice work to share.

Don't take this personally but your choice of art is way different than mine and quite probably than many more people and i'm sure the vice versa would hold true as well. I'm sure there would be at least one member out there (not me) whose taste in wallpaper art comes close to bordering on being sexist. That being said what kind of guideline would you offer up to incorporate into the AUP to censor this kind of download? I saw somone's avatar for the first time today (an animated gif anime of a girl with very large bouncing protruberences) that could be considered offensive to women.

You can show your work in the one and only weekend OT thread. Typing in the VDR name like that shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't try to do something else with it.

Nice work, Fuelm@n! I usually don't use any wallpaper at all, tends to clash with the 200 or so icons that somehow seem to take over my desktop (must be gremlins coming in at night, or something...) But I like your examples, and I think it would be interesting to see what else other can come up with. Not being the artistic type myself, I'm always in awe of people who can create stuff like that.

I kind of liked fuelm@n's wp. But I use my photos for wallpaper mostly.

    Calpitor......

Not only women(doesn't bother me though ), but there are teenagers who visit/join this site that would make this type of avatar inappropriate for young viewers/members.

The true test of character is not how much we
know how to do, but how we behave when we don't know what to do
