Dual monitors??? Little info
Hi all,
Im just after a little info,
is it possible to run 2 monitors on my pc?
I have 1 22" ilyama pro monitor and 1 17" aoc monitor, my spec is in signature,
If it is possible what would i need to do it?

Yes indeed, you should be fine. I have a dual-monitor setup on one of my PC's. Your graphics card appears to have a DVI output as well as VGA, so all you need to do is to plug your primary monitor into the DVI port using a DVI to VGA adaptor (you may well have been supplied one with the card), and the secondary monitor into the VGA port. Windows XP will detect the second monitor without you needing to do anything. Go to Display Properties>Settings, click on the secondary monitor and check the "Extend my desktop to this monitor" checkbox.

What exactly can i do with dual monitors?
Can i play games on 1 whilst using the other to view messenger or some other programme?

Yes, you can do that. You can drag any open window over to whichever monitor you want. It's particularly useful if you need online help for anything - you can have the help files open in one window while working on the app in the other.

Wow, that's incredible. If I hadn't seen that first one with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it was possible. Flight Simulator will never seem the same again
