    Epson prints extra page

    I have an Epson Stylus Color 400 w/win98se...

    When I print from notepad (saved from highlighted portions of web pages) it's printing one extra page that simply says "page 1". Have I not got something configured properly?
    It's damned annoying seeing as I have all kinds of scratch pads now.

    Can't answer your initial question but have a question for you.
    Why don't you just print from the webpage itself?
    Highlight your words, then select print, put a dot in "Print Selection" in your printer options.
