    Question Windows update

I have been getting a message saying: Cannot Validate The Product Key... Has anyone else been getting this message...Could there be something wrong with the update site

Heard at a local auto-repair shop:
    "I couldn't repair your brakes,
so I made your horn louder."

I think you get that if you install a service pack and are using a key that Microsoft has flagged as a bad or illegally obtained key.

I get all my updates automatically and every so often, out of curiosity, I go to windows update to see if everything is up to date and that is when I get this message sometimes:

The product key used to install Windows is not valid. Please contact your system administrator or retailer immediately to obtain a valid product key. You may also contact Microsoft Corporation’s Anti-Piracy Team by emailing [email protected] if you think you have purchased pirated Microsoft software. Please be assured that any personal information you send to the Microsoft Anti-Piracy team will be kept in strict confidence.
