Read Only Picture Files
I have burned some jpeg images onto a CD (which I transferred from my digital camera to my PC). It was successful and I would like to share these photos with family. I notice that the files are read only. I have a couple of questions: Is there a way to burn the images so they are not read only, or how do you change them from read only so you can make adjustments to the images once they are on the CD?

Hi!
The files have become read-only because a CD is a read-only format. ie You can't edit the contents of a CD.
When the files are copied off the CD onto another PC you can reset their attributes to be writeable again.
Best wishes,
Andrew
