Need Program to Wipe Out Tracks

    Hello Everyone!

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good free or shareware program that will clean your tracks of where you've been on the net? I remember reading a thread on here a long time ago and I can't seem to find it again. I used to be under the impression that if you ran scan and defrag you were good to go, but have since learned that isn't true. I may be going through a nasty divorce and I want to clean up my computer before he gets any ideas. LOL So.....if anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I really don't want to wipe out the whole hard drive to clean it. I just want to clean it up a bit. I run disk clean up regularly and delete history and temp files but I just want to make sure all other "foot prints" are gone. Hope this makes sense. LOL Thanks for your help. I always can count on help here! Thanks!

    You might find Ki-Washer useful.

Hey Thanks Eric! That looks like exactly what I'm looking for! After reading my post, I didn't really describe what I was needing very well. I'm glad you can decipher "female computer language!" LOL Thanks for the link and for your quick response!

    Take care!

    Hi Leigh Ann,
You might want to turn your browsers 'auto complete' feature off if it's been on. Here's a couple links that were posted in XP Forum with more details:

Doesn't the Clear History work? You can set it to 0 for the number of days to keep the history.
