Here the govenor wants a lottery to pay for poor priveleged education incentives! Where the state house presents about 600 blank bills every year only to be written in late summer sessions. (LOL this state is like 49th in education? and they keep electing the home town boyz.. go figure!!) does mandatory literacy tests for politicians ring a bell? Can't be that hard.. all you need is law degree to get into congress!
