making winamp default player!

i just installed windows media player 9 and now all my mp3s are defaulted to open with wmp9 not winamp...is there any way I can change it back so my mp3s open with winamp?

Hi..

just hilite an mp3 file, and while holding the shift key right click the file and choose "open with". then select winamp from the list you're given and check the "always open with" option.

That's it.

Or....

You can open winamp, right click it and from "options" select "preferences" and then "file types".. you can reassociate a number of different media files from there as well.

either way will work
