    Outlook Express

    Outlook Express will not connect to my ISP on its own. However if I connect via IE first then everything is ok.

    All settings have been checked and appear to be correct, but still won't dial up.

    XP Home user.

    If you go to Outlook Express > Tools > OPtions > Connection, is "Outlook Express shares your internet connection with Internet Explorer" selected?
