Went there. Read it (several times). Should be required reading. Those who should get the message are elsewhere doing their thing.

I guess what it goes to show, is how much we take for granted on this site.

The dedication of the moderators of the various forums and the operators of the site have managed to contribute to an excellent site that we should be proud of. To all of you (you know who you are) a heartfelt pat on the back for a job well done.

I think also that mention needs to go out to the members too for, in most cases, respecting the forums and other members and not resorting to mud slinging flame wars that serve no purpose, but trying to provide honest to goodness help to those in need.

Seems more to me like he just doesn't want to do it anymore and is using flaming issues as an excuse.
