wormguard
Ayone ever use DiamondCS's wormguard? runs in the background and will alert you anytime any .exe trys to run, you can stop-ignore-allow it to run.trying it today and seems pretty decent.

I'm running their TDS-3 antitrojan, and I do believe WormGuard is extremely good at what it does.
It analyzes files using heuristic and intelligent rule sets, rather than relying on signatures for known worms, and therefore complements your antivirus rather well.
It doesn't actually replace one, incidentallty.

I'm not familiar with wormguard. Most worms now 'a days are script files so if wormguard only checks .exe files ...

wormguard
Yeah i guess i made it sound like it only stops .exe files. actually exe files are not stopped. I am using wormguard,AVG and ZoneAlarm Pro, i was using Nortons AV 2001 and things were slipping by it that AVG caught.Plus all the internet/IE6 tweeks i learn about for increased security too.Plus Panda quick remover,ANTS worm cleaner.Mail Washer.I run housecall often too.
I tell ya, i love mailwasher, my spam intake has decreased since i have been bouncing emails as well.
