Distorted sound in games
I have just done a clean install of Windows ME and installed all my normal programs.
It is working really well but the only problem is that in any game that I play (starcraft, red alert, counterstrike, etc) the sound is really distorted.
What could be causing this to happen, as everything was working excellent in Windows 98.
Thanks in advance.

Did you reinstall your drivers for the sound card or update them?
if not.....
Then click
Sound Blaster
Sound Blaster ISA
and choose your sound card.

Thanks, I will D/L updated drivers for my sound card and try them.
Hopefully it fixes the problem as I was just using the standard drivers.
thanks
Yuri.
EDIT: I have just been to the soundblaster site and the only one for Win ME for my sound card is a update for wave studio. Should I download this one?
