Network Error message, what does it mean, and how to fix it?
What would keep causing this message to appear?
Network Error
Unable to request URL from host download.com.com:80: Operation timed out
I've been unable to view www.download.com site for 2 months. I have no troubles with any other site and I'm able to veiw that site on my other computer.
I've disabled:
ZoneAlarm
AdSubtract
AntiVirus...and all else that I could think of. It helped none.
How can I fix this problem? Thanks!

You might want to have a look in your HOST file. If you have a reference to the site in your host file, remove it.
Other than that, the only options I can think of at this time is your ISP DNS is not "up to date" (unlikely) or you are using a browser that does not allow referrer logging as some sites will not load without referrer logging.
I am sure someone else can come up with more options as well.

If the error message in the original post is correct:
download.com.com
then that is your problem. You have an extra .com on the end of the URL. There are several possible causes for this, but we may need a more detailed explanation of exactly what you are trying to do or download, and the exact procedure you are using that results in this error message to be of further help.
