Logitech cordless mouse
Every time I start my (Windows 2000) computer the Event Viewer shows: The device sent an incorrect response(s) following a mouse reset. Event Source: i8042prt
Logitech suggested to remove and reinstall the mouse driver, it did not work.
Any help is appreciated!

I have found that some fixes listed for NT have also worked with Win 2000.
Hope this helps.
