i want to change my bios logo like this...but

hi guy's how's it going ?

to my question i would like to change that energy saver logo on my bios screen like this (check the link below) but i need instructions on how to do this in english and the program i have to use to do it.

i am gonna practice on a old celeron system and just wanted to know if anyone else had done this ?
