    Quake3 timedemo

    Hi guys everything ok ?

    anyways i cant remember how to do the quake3 timedemo to see how many fps(frames per second) i get can somebody tell me please ?
    i know at the end i bring down the console to see the results

    also can you post your scores and system specs here thanx mike
