Norton Av
Did a Windows update and downloaded Microsoft Visual Basic update. When computer restarted, Norton quarantined the file. (Assume it was one I just downloaded). I wasn't sure so I just let Norton quarantine it.
Now when I try to open Norton I get the error message "Nmain has caused eror in NMAIN.EXE. Nmain will now close" When I close the error box another one opens called Norton Integrator. This says "Unhandled exception has occurred. The error was: Unknown (0xC0000005)", Restarting PC does not help. Any ideas?

Have solved this. It is a known issue when new updates are downloaded for Win ME. Just neds *.cab files deleting from Quarantine folder.
