How to undelete in Win2K Pro/Server system?

Hi, We have NTFS. After formatting HDD we discovered that accidentally some very important files were not saved. How can we undelete them? Is it possible? Please help.Thanks. Helen

backup is the only way to get it back. once you format it, it's gone...
