IPX not working
I've got an Intel Pro/100+ Management Adapter running TCP/IP, Netbeui and IPX protocols under Win98. For normal network things it is fine but if I try to run anything under DirectX using IPX I get 'error DPERR-UNAVAILABLE'. Some games report that there is no link present when I try to use IPX. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the IPX protocol?

Yup tried that. I've also tried a 3-Com fast ethernet card with the same result. The only way I can get IPX working is by installing the dial up adapter. This, though, stops anyone being able to use my printer!

Its sorted now. I uninstalled everything, started clean and then re. setup my network connections. After uninstalling and reinstalling IPX it worked.
