Non-adaptec SCSI drivers on DOS boot
Hello,
I have a Tekram SCSI PCI card, with an attached external 1GB Jaz drive that I am hoping to use to backup roughly 8 GB of c: data/programs/system using Norton Ghost 2002. The boot floppy created with Ghost (which loads PC-DOS) tries to load Adaptec drivers that fail to recognize the Tekram card. How do I edit the boot floppy so the DOS Tekram drivers load on startup and allow the Jaz to show up in DOS? I have the appropriate Tekram DOS drivers on a 3.5" disk. Will Winimage work?
If so, how? I've never used this program and I'm not very DOS-savvy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could copy the Tekram drivers to the boot disk and edit the Config.sys (on the boot disk) to add the appropriate command(s).
Open the boot disk Config.sys in Notepad after copying the drivers to the disk. Add the command that loads the drivers, for example:
DEVICE=A:\driver.SYS
Make sure to add any necessary switches to the command line and change the above to reflect the correct name of the driver.
