PC/TCP DOS problem. MTU handling question.

I would like to use my dos environment in a new host/router version that now seems to use the MTU handling. Before I got 530 bytes in a row, without problem. Now, I get 512 bytes + 18 byets next message, and this cause a bug in my PC/TCP protocol handler.
Any one knows a possible short, to get rid of this limitation ? May be a relevant item in protocol.ini or pctcp.ini ....
Many thanks to all guys there ! Hi from Italy...

I don't know if this will help or not but on a MS-DOS 6.22 system running Windows for Workgroups 3.11 the Trumpet Winsock INI file (trumpwsk.ini) contains the following string:
