W 3.1 startup question

Hi there Win 3.1 people!
I have a question that I feel a little silly about, but here it is. I have installed Calmira and Windows Commander on a friend's computer and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get them to run at Start up. Could someone tell me how this is done in 3.1?
The whole point is to get the computer to boot into the W95 interface provided by Calmira and have Windows Commander open too.
