    zero fill utility

    Hi folks,

a few days ago i got infected by the chernobyl virus. I have given up on rescueing any of my data and i just want my drive back. I was told that i should find a zero-fill utility to wipe my hard drive totally clean. i have browsed the net for hours and found nothing. i have a 16.8 Ultra IDE hard drive manufactured by IBM. the machine is a Dell XPS 333. I need to know where to find such a utility and where to go from there. i imagine installing win95 from that point would be a challenge.

    please help!

    thanks,
    Shaba

Here's a place to start: Microsoft Info.

And go here for steps on installing Windows 95: Windows 95 Installation.

I found what you need here. The drive fitness test has a zero fill option.
