Safe Mode?
Is there anything equivalent to the Windows 95\98 Safe Mode for Windows 3.1? If so, how do you get into it? Thanks, Jason

Hello,
Not to my limited knowledge....What's the problem, that you have to start up in a safe mode?

The only equivalent I know of is DOS.
If you exit to DOS then type CD\WINDOWS to get to the Window directory, then you can type SETUP and press enter. This will give you a screen somewhat similar to safe mode.

Boot to the DOS prompt and type:
WIN /S
This starts windows in standard mode. I don't have the other switches available right now. You may get a list by typing:
win /?
