    Relax. Sit back and stretch your legs the
    don't panic button is always an arms reach away.
    You are viewing a system files internal error
    messages. nothing more.
    On 9x systems
    Ramdrive is used on your emergency boot disk
    to provide unpacking space for utilities need to recover from boot failures.

    If it ain't broke... I can fix that

    If you have the resources maybe a good place to setup a temp folder.Kinda cleans up after itself.
    Or
    Compress that drive and use it as a ultra fast swap file....just kidding hee hee.

    Make sure you have a line such as the following in your config.sys file (make it the first line of your config.sys file):

    device=c:\dos\himem.sys or
    device=c:\windows\himem.sys depending of where is the himem.sys file is on your hard-drive.
