Hi,
First of all if you have DOS 5 or later try to press F8 while message "Starting MSDOS" is displayed and boot computer in step-by-step mode. It allows you to find driver or program which caused the hanging up. If your computer hangs before you can access step-by-step mode, try to boot from diskette and run Scandisk on C: drive. If after that problem not be fixed boot from diskette again and use the command
SYS C:
to transfer system files on C: drive. (And check viruses on C: drive.)
Good luck, Igor M
