Windows XP internet connection "non-operational"
When I start my computer, I can log onto the internet just fine. Then, if I log off and try to log back on, the internet connection box just hangs on "verifying username and password". I went into task manager and it says my Network connection is "non-operational". I have tried futzing around with stopping and starting certain network services in "Component Manager" to no avail. Any ideas on how to re-logon to the internet without having to restart my computer?
Thanks,
erik

What type of connection do you have? and what software? WinXp I believe connects without most 3rd party software...
I've had this problem with Winpoet and Win2k...

I figured it out. I just deleted the Internet Connection that WinXP imported from ME. Then I created a new one with the Wizard. Works like a charm.
