problems connecting to novell 4.11 server

last week I upgraded from win98SE to win2000. Everything seemed to be okay but am unable to log onto our 4.11 server properly. I dl'ed the latest novell client patch but it won't allow me on. I have tried single logon but I get a meesage that says I am looged onto the server as user already. Thing is I can't see the F drive since the F drive is now my CD burner where it wasn't before. Any ideas what has happened. Thanks

OK First, you do have IPX/SPX installed right? Next what is the Frame type? You may have to change that. Next you can change the CD Drive letter to another by using the device manager...

Good luck and if this doesn't help you out just reply again.

    My system specs...
THE ES - 5,120 (640 8-way nodes) 500 MHz NEC CPUs. 8 GFLOPS per CPU (41 TFLOPS total). 2 GB (4 512 MB FPLRAM modules) per CPU (10 TB total) shared memory inside the node. 640 × 640 crossbar switch between the nodes with 16 GB/s inter-node bandwidth, using 20 kVA power consumption per node

The machine runs a version of the Super-UX UNIX-based OS. You mean it's not running Windows???

Thanks for your help. Now I can at least see the server but the login is still screwing up a bit. Previously on login, Iwould get a batch file running (nmenu.bat) and it would give me various login options but now it starts with cmd.exe and an error message. As well there is an error code of 8804. It is working but I would like to clear it up completely.
