Network connection thru DOS!!!
I'm trying to setup a boot disk for WinNT, that will allow me to connect to the network from dos.
The reason i'm trying to do this is, for example someone loses his/her HD. I want to be able to ghost their HD onto the network and repair quick and easily.
Ideas would be greatly appreciated....
Thankx

Try www.bootdisk.com
They seem to have a ton of bootdisk resources. Good Luck.

from John Savill's: http://www.ntfaq.com
and

from Helmig's Networking site...
will tell you 'how';
Also, Mark Minasi in 'Mastering NT4 Server' (Sybex Publiser) has a very detailed 'how to do it all' with a lot useful 'caveats...'
Good luck,
