    and I get url not found, but I have content there

    How do I make it to where it goes to my first page?

    Where is your site hosted? if you are not hosting the site, then I bet 85% that hte isp tech guys have been messing with the hosting directories and changed a couple things tweaking their system,
    hope this applies...

    the ftp connection for http web hosts is very often ftp.<http url>

    so it perhaps is:
    ftp.haremproductions.com ?

    perhaps you are behind a fire wall and forgott to set the firewall settings in ur ftp client?
