crash or deleted

When I was out of town other people that use my computer either deleted DLLS files I need or as they said the computer crashed how can I recover these files

no one wants to say how it happened.I'm not sure what all files have been deleted. I cant get the printer to work either.The virus software is gone as well.I think they tried to cover there tracks by deleting files

Ok I have got that fixed still dont know what caused it but I'm up and running now. Thanks to everyone.
Now problem 2 I have alot of programs missing I can no longer view some web pages.
What is the best program for Java viewing I'm not sure whats all still missing so I will fix them as I come across them. Thanks again to eveyone
