Keyboard wont work within windows 98

Hi guys hope you can help me

i have a computer here that i am trying to repair but the keyboard doesnt work within windows well ctrl-alt-delete together works but nothin else i.e delete dont work on its own neither does ctrl or alt.

i have reinstalled windows removed the keyboard from device manager and redetected it.

the keyboard works in dos and safe mode but not in windows.

this is bugging me now please help

Hi Mike,

Have you pulled that keyboard out of the picture altogether, and tried a different keyboard? If not, I'd try that to see if there's something weird about that one keyboard.
