I think i have been hacked

When I got into my laptop this morning, (I am writing to you this morning from my other computer) I noticed that my mouse was moving all over the screen. and it said remote pc, I turned the laptop off and restarted, I entered my pin and it said incorrect pin. I tried this a few more times, it then said "You entered an incorrect pin too many times to try again restart your device" I restarted the device by holding down the power button and sliding down, which I did, when it restarted, it did the same thing. I know that the pin is correct.
please help

If you used that computer for anything like banking or other important online sites that you log into I would immediately change the passwords for those sites.
