Laptop wont reboot
After a Windows update laptop wont reboot. There is a message saying working on updates with dots going round and freezes,

after about ten minutes the message changed to cleaning up 0% complete Dont turn off.

Windows "updates" are slow. Also, Microsoft does not bother to test them, so you may find that they cause blue / black screen issues or reboot loops, or they fail to install with various errors. It often depends on what hardware and additional software is present on your system. This is why it is usually best to wait at least a week before installing Microsoft updates, so that others can beta test them for you and any potential issues are discovered and reports of them are available using a Google search. There are various ways to delay the updates.

It finally rebooted But is very slow. Please send me a website., where i can find different methods of improving peromance.
