    So find the User's HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList registry key (-1000)
Make sure that "ProfileImagePath" for User is set to C:\Users\User
It does. So nothing to change i guess.

If you don't need User_2 anymore, maybe you should just delete it. It is just causing more confusion.
I would gladly do that. However, can you tell me if there is a place where a "default installation path" exists? I am afraid that if i remove that user, the system will still try to reach it, somehow, if that "installation path" is something that does exist.

If by default, it reverts to the only user, being User, then, all SHOULD be good, right?

You can, but I doubt that's the problem here. The default is C:\Program Files or Program Files (x86). I don't think you should change that.
Anymeeting is obviously using non-standard settings if the application is installed in a Profile folder.

There won't be a User_2 for the program to install to, if that's what you mean.
User Profiles are separate from one another. That's why you can't merge profiles either. You can copy files between them, but not merge.

Did you try copying the files from the User_2 profile into User?

Yes i have, but although it allowed me to START the program, it didn't let me use the screensharing module that i was instructed to install, but then, any installation was still trying to reach the User_2.

After doing a few of those steps in this thread, i just tried again, to run the program from the copied folder into User and it works. OK, now it decides to cooperate. Woohoo!!

My only issue (if it is one) is that it is still not listed in the Programs and Featured (as i didn't install it with that account, i guess), so i have to start it from the .exe file inside that C:\Users\User folder every time. It does not appear in my Start menu either. Is that a problem?

As long as the .exe runs, then that's fine. You can copy the link into your Start Menu if you want. Or just make a shortcut on the Desktop.

    That is good, i guess.

Now, after copying this folder from the User_2 to the User one folder, i noticed other programs that seem installed on the User_2 and not the User folder. Should i copy them all back to the User folder before deleting the User_2 account?

That's probably a good idea, but if everything is working, leave the User_2 account for now.
You could disable the account, but I wouldn't delete it just yet.
